El networking se ha convertido en un componente esencial para el éxito de una wedding planner. Las redes sociales, plataformas especializadas y eventos virtuales permiten conexiones instantáneas con proveedores, diseñadores y colegas en todo el mundo. La capacidad de compartir ideas, inspiraciones y soluciones de manera rápida y eficiente redefine la colaboración en la industria nupcial. Desde la planificación remota (que tanto hemos puesto a prueba este 2023 estando cada una en una punta del mundo) hasta las herramientas que nos permiten visualizar con las parejas cómo serán sus decoraciones en tiempo real, la tecnología transforma la forma en que se conciben y ejecutan las bodas. Aplicaciones de planificación, realidad virtual y transmisiones en vivo se integran de manera fluida para garantizar la participación de invitados que no pueden asistir físicamente. A organizadas y planificadoras no nos gana nadie pero aún así somos dos millenials… así que este año esperamos seguir explorando plataformas que nos ayuden a crear mejores diseños y otras que faciliten los contactos entre parejas e invitados.
La cantidad de trabajo y la gestión de tiempo
Si bien la tecnología agiliza muchos aspectos de la planificación de bodas, la cantidad de trabajo sigue siendo significativa. Las wedding planner tenemos que ser expertas en gestión del tiempo, priorizando tareas y delegando eficientemente para ofrecer resultados excepcionales sin sacrificar la calidad de servicio.
